They'll only get arrested if they file a claim. I think they should arrest the people for wasting the time, energy, and resources of the first responders.
They won't get arrested even if they file a claim.Insurance Fraud is almost never charged.Sure wish there was video of the "jumpers"

Yeah!! I saw it on the news last night. One witness said people were literally running to get on the trolly to fake an injury. Then I got to thinking! "Oh God, Please get me outta this place."

One of the TV stations said a woman ran from inside the bus station and got onto the trolley and then said she needed a neck brace.

Years ago my dad called and said that he had bumped a Memphis bus. I ask if he was ok and what was the damage ?
He replied "I'm OK and theres about a 6 inch scranch on the drivers side of the bus". He continued saying that there were 25 to 30 people laying on the sidewalk in agony.

I got a buddy on the Memphis Fire Department that made that call! He has several other stories like where 2 cars hit (very minor) and when they made the scene there were 6 people laid out with neck injuries. Unfortunately for them an off duty cop was eating and saw the whole thing. There was one person in each vehicle when the bump occured. They got on their phones and had friends come say that they were in the car too, BEFORE they called 911.
