I went to a graduation years ago where someone had complained that there might be a prayer said so the ACLU got involved.

During the commencement speech the whole crowd stood up and said the Lords Prayer. I guess it was planned but it was very cool, none-the-less.

Under what authority?
Judges are not kings. He has no constitutional authority to prohibit the free expression of the people.

He can "rule" any way he wants but he has Zero authority to enforce it.
"The people" need to get their crap together and STOP allowing rouge government to dictate their lives.
