Been a while sense I was able to get on here.

Cooper called the first busniess day after I sent them an e-mail.
on there Tires in the above post.
No -charge Replacement set on way to Pep Boy's,should be here now and hopefully done tomorrow. Warntied for 4 years through them for weather related cracking from date of manufacture.Mine fall in that 4 year range.
