Im looking for 3 members for our lease in Perry county southwest of Linden. Property is young clear cut with scattered hardwoods. Price is $450 per member or $1350 for exclusive use of 366 acres. Property has good cover and good deer density. Also plenty turkey.
Please PM me or call Paul at 504 439 0585 if interested. We will be out there tomorrow if anyone wants to see the place. Please only serious inquiries.
Here are a few pics of the place.

Just to clarify,
There are sections. The total lease consist of 566 acres. There are 100 acres of sanctuary and one hunter hunts his 100 acre parcel. There is still 366 acres that are unhunted and havent been hunted in the past 3 years. This area will be broken into 3 areas of 100+ acres depending on terrain for each member. There is also the option of getting exclusive hunting rights to the entire 366 acres for 1350. We decided to drop that to 1250 if someone wants to do that.

I disagree. If I didn't have other obligations I would do it in a heartbeat. That is cheap for a 100 acres.

The key is its over 100 acres of exclusive access for that member. I have hunted in leases where you have your own area to hunt and leases where you have access to the entire lease. I much rather have my own area so that I dont have to worry about other members hunting my setup when I'm not there. Also this is ridge and hollow country. 100 acres seems like alot more than that because of the terrain.
Also $450 a year isnt much to have your own place to hunt deer and turkey. If I calculate my land note for my private property that joins this lease I pay about $6,0000 a year to hunt my place.
