Has anybody ever used this site?

The reason I'm asking is I was looking for an out of print book that sells for over $100 on Amazon and came across this site while searching. They have the book for free download as well as several other books and DVD's that I'm looking for. You have to buy a one time membership for $49.95
The way I'm thinking is I download them to my harddrive then to CD's to save them, right?
