This is looking and sounding like no normal Severe Weather event. All of west TN is TOR-CON (tornado threat condition) for West Tennessee is 9 out of 10!
To all of our concerned partners:
I am somewhat concerned about the weather forecast for Dyer County for tonight (Wednesday). This is the first time that I can recall that our community has been placed in a “high risk” for severe weather.
The TOR-CON (tornado threat condition) for West Tennessee is 9 out of 10, also the highest I have ever seen for this region.
Please pass this email on to everyone, as we need to make sure that this community is aware and prepared for the threat of a major severe weather outbreak tonight into tomorrow morning.
Also below is the latest outlook from NWS.

I was watching the noon news on the local channel and Jim Cantore from Weather Channel is here in Paducah. I guess they except some serious weather this afternoon and tonight
