WMA quota permits will be reduced from a $20 refundable fee to a $10 non-refundable fee.
I wonder if this means it will now cost $10 bucks to put in for hunts or if you don't draw, you only get half your money back?
Which means if you draw it costs you $20 and if you don't it costs you $10.
Which means it cost everyone who puts in and will generate more revenue for TWRA.

Sounds to me like it means it costs everyone 10 bucks and no one gets their 10 bucks back, successful or not. All about the benjamins there, that will really add up.
Glad to see the commission stopped the 2 year change deal, if they even exist in 2 years.
