Whirlpool would be my choice, stay away from GE (good enuff)

we have maytag. they were cheap and have lasted 9 years. also made in our town.

Whirlpool owns Maytag. Basically the same machine anymore. I own a corn operated laundry and these are the brands that I would recommend.

We bought a Front load GE Washer and Dryer about 3 yrs ago for 1199.00 for the set @ DT Mccall and Sons. They have been a good set so far.
