Anyone know if the water is high out that way? Or should I avoid that area.

Water level at New Johnsonville is 360.7 so Piney should be fine at that level.

Do you know of any off the beaten path campsites? Looking for seclusion and fishing. According to the website you can camp anywhere.

i think Boswell Landing, Ginger Bay, Rushing Creek and Gatlin Point all have primitive camping available. all are right on the water. Gatlin Point is on Barkley and the other 3 are on Kentucky Lake. They are all inside LBL.
