Week before turkey season opens I start taking the Wal Mart brand of Clariton or Zyrtec ( whichever is $7.98 for 60) and it helps tremendously.

Watch that zyrtec crap. It will mess with your short term memory if you take it regularly.
Try a netti pot for daily relief. Makes a HUGE difference and won't drug you up.
