This has got to be the worst cell service I have evr had, we switched to this from AT&T because it was cheaper but I get no service in about a 10 minute circle around my house and I have voice mails pop up all the time without getting the call no matter where I'm at, just gonna have to pay the few extra dollars and go back to at&t, hopefully I can talk them into buying our contract with cell south out

I hate to hear that. I remember reading the post where you stated you and your wife switched so she could get a new smart phone only offered by CS. I almost warned you then but I figured I better keep my mouth shut. I have never had CS but a good reliable friend of mine switched from Sprint to CS last year and he said he has spotty coverage at best (in Memphis area). He cusses CS all the time. I would definitely ask AT&T to buy out your contract, all they can say is no. Best of luck.

I won't even say what I think about AT&T. Verizon has been heads and shoulders better. Customer service, phone service, plans, ect.

I was a Cellular South customer way back in 1998, my cellphone was the size of a lap dog and Netscape was my web browser. How did we survive back then?

Well, I didn't mind AT&T or verizon, the only reason we may go back to AT&T is because I put in for a transfer to another park and if I get it AT&T works best at itI hate to hear that. I won't even say what I think about AT&T. I guess it depends on where you live. I have had AT&T for 13 years and never had any significant issues. Furthermore, I am not one to continuously pay for something I think is sub-par. AT&T has been good to me over the years here in west TN.
I started with Bell So. Mobility in 97. When AT&T bought it out, I still had no reason to leave them. There are coverage areas that Verizon beats but no one beats the price I pay for what I get.

I have had US Cellular for over 20 yrs., no problems and good service. I don't think they are related even though they nsound alike.
