EVEN GAMBLING ASSETS AND LOTTERY WINNINGS ARE CONSIDERED AS INCOME WHEN IT COME TO CHILD SUOPPORT!
AS A MATTER OF FACT- DO THEY NOT TAKE OUT THE TAXES BEFORE THEY GIVE OUT THE CASH?
