A few weeks ago I bought a CVA optima Elite in the 50 cal/243 combo set. I put a scope on the 50 cal and last weekend decided to sight it in for my up coming hunt. I broke the ramrod during the second load. It has a piece that unscrews to extend the length of the ramrod. Now I admit this was probably my fault but I wrote them an email anyway. I have never owned a mzldr that wasnt a CVA and have always been a big fan of the optima elite. I received a reply today saying my new ramrod was on its way in time for my bear hunt at no charge! Can't beat a deal like that

Yep, CVA has ALWAYS been good to me and replaced anything I needed.

i had some issues with a cheapo cva eclipse hunter($99). i sent an email asking if this was typical of cva quality. i received a reply asking for the gun. i sent it back and they fixed or replaced the trigger(my fault) and barrel(bore was too tight),no questions asked.

Dang!
I had trouble with my Optima's ramrod
Called several times and emailed
I ended up buying a new universal one at Bass Pro.
Maybe they have stepped up on that end, good to hear

I boght a CVA Blazer as my first ML, couldn't hit the ground with it. About 10 years after I bought it I met one of the CVA field reps, he told me to ship it back. They upgraded me not with 1 but 2 MLs. The second was an Optima. I also sent a trigger assembly that had broke and they replaced it for free. CVA customer service, so far, has been head and shoulders above the rest.
