my wifes grandmothers doctor(thats a mouthful)went ahead today and set her up with hospice.he wanted to do this a little prematurely so she would have some home medical assistance.i dealt with hospice for just a day when i stopped all of moms treatments and them people were awesome.i think the extra attention at home will help her in the long run and may help with her quality of life that she has left.

Hospice is a great help. It is hard to hear the Dr. say it is time for it but all of my dealings with them have been exceptional. It will also allow her to be at home. Prayers continue for her and your family.

We had them come come in for my grandmother last fall. My granny wanted to be at home with her family and not at a hospital so that's what we done for her. The hospice folks were all very professional and compassionate. It was a very hard time and a very hard decision to make, but in the end we realized that it was the best thing for her and that's all that mattered. God bless
