My mother died of ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease) and I was informed that there was a test to see if I had it. I do not want to know.

What's the point? You find out you have 70 years to live, and step outside and get run over by a bus.
Or you find out you have 1 year left, only to have someone confuse the results with 95-year old Meemaw in the blood booth next to you.
