Army Ammunition Plant?

I've heard some of you guys mention a army ammo plant out in Tn and was wondering who holds the contract there.
The plant 5 miles from me here in Va is switching contractors this summer to B.A.E. from Aliant Tech. A little concerned about how this will effect our local economy? I believe this is the first time the contract has ever changed at our plant.

I think Hercules\Aliant Tech had held the contract here-R.A.A.P. since it opened in the forties and this is going to be the first change in contractors since. I know a lot of peoples are nervous.
