One of the things as an Administator of a website is being able to change anything. Number of posts are one of the things that can be edited.
You are correct in your statement, however....... they can only be edited IF you know how to do it. I do not know how. In fact there is only one person still active on the site that knows how. Hahahaaa.....amateur!

he stays on tndeer 20+ hours a day.he hasent bathed in months and he is single handedly responsible for the 3 buck limit in tennessee,unit b bag limits,poor soil in tennessee,he kills jakes,spikes,spotted fawns and he's been known to kick dogs 
I knew it, he is probably behind these hog changes also....

One of the sites I belong to...post counts were encouraging dubious behavior, now there are no post counts on that site.
