Anyone hunt there? What does land lease for? I was asked to join a lease up there but I don't wanna get burned. Saw some pics of very nice deer that had been taken there. It is managed and the surrounding lands are leased by other members of this lease......basically they want me to lease two 60 acre farms so they will have everything locked up, and to hunt eachothers farms.........oh they want $1500 for both the 60 acres....seems high

What part of OH? Seems like a decent price for 120 acres in Ohio. Seems like the smaller tracts of land are higher to lease than a big tract.

thats a fair price imo, as long as your going to hunt it more than one or two times. you could always have someone split it with you and go in 750, which is about what all good leases seem to start at
