Thanks guys....buddy came over tonight and has lost 40# doing 18 days low carb, then 18 days of low fat. Keeps fooling the body and no platuea.

I like almonds w/black coffee - to start the day -
the 18 on and 18 off will work for a while - but it's hard to live your life like that -
Remember - if you want to loose weight and KEEP it OFF - you have to make a lifestyle change - it's forever other wise the weight will come back and then some -

For breakfast in a hurry I do 2-3 eggs, 1cup frozen blueberries, 1/3 can on coconut milk, and cinnamon. You can also add flaxseeds or a scoop of protein powder as well.
