Workmans comp has now decided that I've had enough therapy,even though the doctor says otherwise. It looks like I may have to make a few phone calls and let someone take over on my behalf. I really was hoping it wouldn't co
me to this!

Thanks for the words guys! They have agreed to 8 more visits,since it is starting to turn my knee cap back around where it should be. The Dr. gave me a cortisone shot today to try and help out. It certainly hasn't done anything but made the pain worse so far.

Hope ya get better soon...Don't get a lawyer into it as far as money,
There is a cap in Tennessee of 20k and a scale the doc gives them of your injury that will automaticly determine the amount so a lawyer for a comp claim will just take a piece of the pie and cannot increase the amount given. FYI

Just the mere mention of having someone else handle it for me got the ball rolling again. I'm not worried about getting their money. I just want to be fixed to the point I was before. I have a lot of work to do and plenty of overtime as soon as I can get better and released to work it.
