First the darn squirrles ate some of the wires and shorted out the computer....cost me over $900 to fix. Today turned a sharp corner and heard a loud pop. Repair shop was not far away so I stopped in for a check. Ball joints (upper & lower) tie rod ends and a out of round brake drum on rear, shoes about gone. Estimate $800 to replace. Looking at them it is a miracle the front end didn't just colapse from hitting a pothole. Looks like I may have to drive this old Dodge a couple more year to gain my money back,

What you doing with squirrels in your truck? The $800 dont sound too bad to fix all that stuff. I had ball joints replaced on one side of my truck last fall. I think it was about $320.00.

I used to have a Dodge Durango and we couldn't keep ball joints in it . Every year the thing would start swaying and you couldn't keep in the road , people would think you were drunk . Other than that it was a good vehical but it's gone now . You saying it was a dodge is why I replyed . I think there was a lot of bad front ends on some dodges ... ours was a 99' model !
