Sunday was a day of dell. I hurt all day. Every joint and muscle. I couldn't sleep, couldn't even sit still. Made it through playing with the grandkids and that was about it. Left arm was mush all day.
Yesterday was pretty good. Felt okay and even worked out. Had a good day.
Last night I slept great and feel like a champ this morning. Did nothing different, ate nothing different. Same old same old. Arm and fingers are working at about 90% normal.
I have noticed lately, I feel bad on Sundays, have commented on it before. What's up with that.

do you take statins? They cause me joint pain and/or muscle depending on which ones.
