2 Weeks ago on my way home from work i had a deer run out in front of me and I jerked the wheel to the right and my right tire went off the road a little but the road was wet and I couldn't get it to pull back up onto the road. And the ditch was so steep and deep it just pulled me right down into it,so needless to say I hit the ditch HARD!! Put a big cut in my front passenger side tire,bent my alluminum wheel,busted my signal light out and put a big scrach down the side of my truck,and not to mention knocked my truck way out of alignment and cracked my windshield. Anyway,long story short I have everything back to normal except for my cracked windsheild.It started in the bottom corner of the driver side and it is slowly creeping up and to the passenger side it has grew to probably 12 inches,is there anyway to stop it from cracking further?

I doubt it,once it starts running I don't think there is anything you can do for it.

As long as it doesn't come up any higher i won't mind..But my luck it will shoot straight up and cause me to go cross eyed until I get sick of it and replace it... 
I just replaced my windshield because it was cracked all the way across. It was inline with the windshield wipers.
Noon time sun would reflect right in my eyes...it would BLIND me.

Doubt you can do anything except have it replaced.
It will only get worse.
To see where it's going and get it over with, let it set out in the sun all day then spray it with a water hose like you are gonna wash it.
Trust me on that one.

In some states it's against the law to drive with a cracked windsheld but I don't remember if Tn has one. Still some towns and cities have ordnances against them plus you will not pass inspection with one.

you see more with your truck than you do hunting I kno,I've hit 3 deer with this truck and can't count the ones i've almost hit...And Im not counting this incident..LOL I guess thats what I get for working 2nd shift and driving the back roads at night.
we need ky regs they don't hit any with thier trucks over there.dam. tn regs.lol

Sounds like a rock peck. They still do a "pen test" to follow the crack to the point or orgin. Usually always a rock peck.
Most insurance companys will handle it with a deductable.
"Stars," which are no more that small rock pecks less than an inch out from the point of inpact, s33m to bypass insurance deducts.
If in the "field of vision," they won't make a repair.
If it's more than an inch, as yours is, you need to have a replacement.
