the grandbaby came to hang out with me and granny for the day.my son got off work early and came over to get her.she was in a playing mood so somehow we ended up on the trampoline and somehow ive pulled a groin muscle

age dosent always equal wisdom.its about time for a percoset $\:\($

so heres my tip of the day:if your old,fat and some what broke down...DO NOT!!!...I REPEAT!!!...DO NOT think that playing with the grandkids on a trampoline is a good idea because it probably isnt $\:\($

well, i dont have grandkids but its a good tip to remember. sorry about your groin muscle. i tore mine just steppin into the back of my truck a few years back
