child support?

my wife's father owes boo-koos of back child support. recently he was arrested and someone posted $1500.00 to get him out of jail. A few people have told us that my wife should recieve the $1500.00 that was posted for his bond. does anybody know if that is true? it would sure make things a little easier around here for a little while

i told my wife that i would only be fishing 1/2 a day. i assumed she new 12 hours was 1/2 a day!

I dont see how since he gets that back if he makes his court date.

I don't think that money goes anywhere but to the state but I could be mistaken.

My brother had the same thing happen to him. His ex wife got the bail money..

I don't know about bail funds?
But it takes a sorry piece of crap not to provide for his children!
