I haven't found a report online, if there is one, but I thought I should have us all post here when/where the Brood XIX (13-year) cicadas are emerging.
They will mostly be in the Middle TN area, with a few to the east, and maybe just a little to the west.
I've heard of them hatching in Maury and Davidson counties so far. They have not come up here yet where I live in Williamson county, but I have seen a lot of little holes in the ground near trees, so it is any time now.
Fishing is going to be pretty good I think. Yeah that's an understatement...

They're out in force in my yard in Franklin. They were there yesterday morning for the first time.
