I've got them here in Nashville, but they seem to be scattered. There are hundreds on one tree, then none on the next. Strange.

Are they Cicada's? Was having dinner with friends last nite and they said it was about time for them again. I think they come around every 5 - 10 years. I dont know much about them except they make bunch of noise.
