Looks good.
I never got to like the favor of oak smoke, some people do and that's all good. It helps to have different favors. My father in law pruned his orchard trees and piled up the drops per my request. Peach,apple and some Chinese chestnut. I'm a little hesitant about the chestnut though. I will say that it has in interesting aroma. Not sure what it would translate to meat.

looks good. I just pulled some pork of my smoker as well. used hickory and meat from kroger.

Any fruit wood is good and I also use pecan but I've never tried chestnut.

the pecan is killer,,but from when my expericence it burns very quickly
