My father in law pruned his orchard trees and piled up the drops per my request. Peach,apple and some Chinese chestnut. I'm a little hesitant about the chestnut though. I will say that it has in interesting aroma. Not sure what it would translate to meat.

looks good. I just pulled some pork of my smoker as well. used hickory and meat from kroger.

Any fruit wood is good and I also use pecan but I've never tried chestnut.
