Great ideas except for the cig smoking anywhere and american idol. I know I am in the slim minority, but I would rather be water boarded than watch that waste of airtime.

The U.S. capital would be located somewhere in the south; probably in Alabama.
There would be three requirements to run for president:
1. Have at least a fifth grade education.
2. Be a southern-born Christian.
3. Be able to play a banjo.

It would be ok to fly a Confederate flag of your choice at the house.
