Ok guys and gals what is better outside repair?

http://www.barrieroftn.com/exterior-basement-waterproofing.html

or the inside option with a system lock all dry or Drytrak?

http://www.frontierbasementsystems.com/basement-waterproofing.php#learning

In our situation we live on a slope and have one wall underground and the two side walls half underground. I am leaning towards the all dry or drytrak systems because we already have a sump pump installed to run the incoming water towards. The water is coming in from the outside where the slab and the first row of blocks meet. Other factors are half the basement is finished the other half is the garage and there is a lot of landscaping I sure would hate the rip out of there that the previous owner put in.

Any feedback is appreciated...

really the choice is up too you.properly fixing it is too dig it up seal it & put a french drain in.costly but best.quick fix is the track system.a lot of $ either way you go.if i was going to stay in it a track system would be ok but if you plan on selling it buyers might take 1 look & leave.
