i have farm bureau for my home owners.they took my information but i have yet to hear from them.

ive discovered a roof leak but was able to get it sealed up and a crack in my truck window keeps getting worse but they cant tell me when they will get around to me \:\(

there are plenty of claims at this point in time, last year after the May 1 flooding it took about 1 month to get the adjuster from State Farm Ins to look at my jeep

State Farm will sometimes set up a "drive-through" damage inspection for areas that have widespread hail damage. Don't have a clue about Allstate.

There is a definite shortage of adjusters this spring due to the widespread damage in just about every state east of the Rockies. Think of the numbers of adjusters in Alabama alone. There are the ones that work for the insurance companies and the public adjusters that work for the property owners. I wouldn't trust any insurance company at this point in time.

Not to make "light" of your situation...but Allstate's new tornado damage commerial, said that they have gave over 12k teddybears to children.

Called Insurance Co. Thursday, went to Tenn Collision for a guestimate and had to park a block away. Went back first thing Friday and got appraised, they said I could leave it and they could start in the next couple of days, but there were no rentals to be had in this town. Soooo, I'm scheduled for June 7th. Now cn any of you guys tell me about Paintless Dent Removal? That's how they will "Suck" out the 3000 dents on my car, I am very skeptical.

Redwing, the dentless repairs are mostly pushed out from underneath. If there is too many of the dents, it's less expensive to replace the panel. That has been my experience anyway.

We have AllState and they have already been out and done their estimate which was 1/3 of what a body shop estimate is. We filed our claim on Thursday of last week and they were here on Tuesday.

My mother in law has Farm Bureau and they have told her that an adjustor will not be coming out, to just take pictures of everything the best you can and bring it to the agents to take care of.
