I know where that is. I've crossed those bridges so many times I can't ever count them.
It does look bad and I had forgotten about those RR tracks.

I feel your pain JT. I haven't worked in a week due to Tornado damage and washouts between Birmingham, Al. and Thayer, Mo.

I feel your pain JT. I haven't worked in a week due to Tornado damage and washouts between Birmingham, Al. and Thayer, Mo.
We are still operating trains north at the moment as we run directional traffic on 2 mainlines. We run north on these tracks and then came south on the Bluford sub which runs through metropolis. It just has really slowed us down though trying to run in both directions on that one mainline. Heard today that they put the flood gates up on our lowline down in memphis and was talking about putting the flood wall in at A yard which will shut down everything coming out of memphis to fulton. But after all this is done and over with. They will be feeling our pockets cause we will be so far behind it will be this time next year before we catch back up.
