Flood Warning and Evacuation Notice from the City of Dyersburg
May 03, 2011
The National Weather Service has forecast a crest of 28 ft for the North Fork of the Forked Deer River at Dyersburg, on Wednesday at 9PM. This will result in significant flooding in Southtown, Evansville, the southern end of Cotton Villa at Rosemont Cove, River Ridge Cove, and Delta Pine Ave.
The City of Dyersburg is recommending that these areas should begin evacuating. Other areas may be affected as well.
