The two bearded brothers have swamp fever. One of them way worse than the other. You see it in people who have lived their entire life in the marshes and swamps. I could see it in his eyes and hear it in his laugh. Would not be surprised to hear he killed or killed somebody for no reason. You also see it some in people who live alone in the far north only it is called cabin fever.

I was gonna ask what swamp fever is but I do know what cabin fever is.
My dad loves that show and I try to watch it so that we have something else in common but dangit if those gators don't give me the willies!

i dont know about swamp fever but ide bet they did some serious drugs and alcohol.

Swamp fever is quite similar to cabin fever but not caused by being cooped up inside for long periods. Noone knows exactly what causes it. My guess is drinking the water and eating partly spoiled meat.
The eyes get a thousand mile, empty stare and they laugh at nothing and everything and the laugh has a strange sound to it. They are also bad about talking to themselves. That's the main reason I got a dog.
Watch the show and if they are on it, pay attention to the older one.

Me too. Was it Morgan City that had the floating dance hall back about 50 years ago or was that Grand Isle?
When did the gators come back in that country?

I just started watching the show and that's the first time I have seen them other than the intro scenes.
The boys that do the midday show at 104.5 in Nashville want to get Troy on one day. They were talking about it last week.
Love the show so far. Looks fun but I have no doubt I'd be dead within the first 10 minutes if I tried it. If not from the swamp then from one of Junior's bullets.
