How stupid! Now the taxpayers must pay for his upkeep in prison. He will be fed, clothed, sheltered, and provided legal and medical services at the expense of the taxpayers. Our system is so flawed it's pathetic. He should have been killed or deported.

Our system is so flawed it's pathetic. He should have been killed or deported. If a LEO killed one of them he would wind up doing time. If we deport them they will just work themselves back into the US and set up shop again. Incarceration seems to be the only deterrent we have.

It's too bad because if an American was caught doing the same thing in Mexico the out come would probably be differant. We would be considered an illegal immigrant in that country and and you'd have no rights, but here you're welcomed with open arms.

Anyone who was case agent on a DEA wiretap put in far more hours during the course of that investigation than any of us here likely did during the same period.

I never went to UF, except for ball games and to hang out (party) with buddies when I was in H.S.
I did go to UT and take classes........ I guess you can take the boy out of Florida but you can't take Florida out of the boy...
