after emailing and leaving messages
I called back today
They have decided to hire someone else that "could hit the ground running"
would have been nice of him to call and tell me but its the news I dont like so I guess it doesn't matter how I got it.
back to the drawing board I guess
Just feeling REALLY deflated now

It will get better. They will get easier, the more you do. And eventually you will land one. I was on many interviews before I got this job. Good Luck!
