i'm using my grandpa's first gun.a marlin 42 in 22lr.open sights good to 50 yds.good to 150 with a 50 gallon drum lid for a target.geat gun for how old it is.good luck to everyone.

I like using a 22 but nowadays I use an A5 in 12ga with #6

Either a 12 ga pump w/mod choke and 6 shot or a 10/22 depends on my mood.

My squirrel rig is a Marlin 22 Mag with a Simmons 8 Pointer scope. I love using the Speer TNT ammo. Absolutely devastating.

Browning .22 lever action with a simmons 3x9x40. Too much of a scope really but it gets the job done.

I got my set up put together today....Ruger 10/22 topped with a Nikon 4x32 rimfire scope. I also picked up a 50 round magazine. Should be pretty deadly on the squirrels.
