Tell the uncle that until the "man" mans up to his responsibilities - to include cleaning up his act and supporting his child - he's not allowed hunting privileges.

Bingo!!!! Be nice and be firm but I would let him know that he is NOT welcome. I would AT LEAST ask to see his liscense, etc...

I'd also tell him that everyone has to be up to date on health/life insurance to be on the property.

OOOORR- tell him that due to the farms insurance policy everyone hunting must take a drug test.

I agree somtimes it takes a good hobby to pull them out of a bad rut. Talk to the fellow and ask him to help yall out and follow the rules yall have set. Who knows a year or so and he may be a totaly differnet man. Most junkies want hunt that much any way got other things on their mind.
