I'm 99% sure Stinkin Creek, especially left of I75 is Campbell. Probably a ton right of the road is as well.

he is just talking about the stinking creek exit. he's asking about royal blue at the stinking creek exit that is on the left side of 75 if your heading N from Knoxville
If thats the case then its easier to just get off at the firework stores and hit the howard baker hwy...The stinkin creek rd dead ends into that road not to far from the exit...
