I'm not much a fan of college football, but I am a NFL fan. Having a DVR is your friend when you are a hunter and a football fan. Also, the NFL network shows highly edited replays of the weekend games on Tuesday and Wednesday which condenses the game into 1 hour.

Ever since I started hunting hardcore, the Big Orange have dropped off the map in college football. Its an easy choice for me....take my droid, log in to espn.com and use game tracker to follow every snap!! lol

I love watchin both college, and pro ball, but them fellas ain't thinkin bout me in anyway. My time in a tree comes first, so I catch'em when I can.

I'm a student at UT right now, and I've loved the Vols since my whole life. Having said that. I've missed some home games this year for hunting. Granted, games aren't as exciting this season for the Vols, but even if we were undefeated I would still be missing some.
Hunting is too important to me. And even more important is the time I spend with my brother and friends through hunting.
I'll go to as many games as I can, but I'm also gonna do my hunting.

That why they invented DVR. Watch the game when you get home. You can even check the score before you watch it so you'll know how many beers you need for the game.

Like Poser said, the DVR is one of the greatest inventions EVER!
However, I will smack anyone who tells me the score of a game before I get ready to watch it  !
This reminded me of a hunt a few years ago. I was in my tree on a Saturday afternoon listening to TN-Bama with an ear bud from a radio in one ear. When Jay Graham busted a long run for a TD, I heard the neighboring landowners in my other ear yelling.
I guess they had gathered around one of their vehicles at their cabin and were listening also !

At this point my beloved Fightin Irish are so pitiful, I'd hafta give up huntin the rest of my life for them to ever again be bowl eligible. I think I'll keep huntin!!!!
