I moved here from Texas last year and was wondering if anybody had any insite on the land. Only hunted on it once during Bow and had a coyote come in on me but winded me before I could draw on him. Thanks

I hunted it for few years, but I haven't been back for the last 3-4 years. The only thing I killed in the few years of hunting there was a coyote. I saw a few does, but never a buck.

guys at work have hunted it for years. they all seem to have had some good luck over the years. they were trying to tell me whare to go and hunt. I was going to try it out because my wife is, well was pregnant and I did not want to drive 4 hours to my lease in middle tn. I was going to take a trip out there last weekend but she went into labor friday morning when I got off work and I havent had time since. we need to get together one day and try it out

You forgot to add the homemade methlab we found up there, or what was left of it.

I'd make sure you keep you eyes peeled for 2 legged creatures up to no good.

Hunted there all day tuesday, saw one doe. Lots of sign on the 4 wheeler trail, no sign in the woods. No rubs, no droppings, nothing... I hunted the east bound side of I 40, not the powerline side. Terrain looked great, just no deer..

I have not hunted there in a few years, but I have seen some nice bucks near the airport. There is some good places to hunt. Get you a wma map and do a little scouting while you hunt.

I checked it out 2-3 trips last summer but never did hunt any. I marked a couple of spots on my GPS where I'd found some good trails. I might get back out there before this season ends.

I agree with M70Man- for some reason I felt uneasy getting too far away from my truck, lots of ridge-running jack-wagons out that way.
