Is it just me or does it seem that body weights are a pretty good bit above normal. Every deer that someone posts seems to be huge. Is this a sign of the winter that is to come or a result of a bumper acorn crop and lots of browse in the woods?

Yep. Every deer I've field dressed this season has had nothing but acorns in its belly.
