Isn't some waterfowl open? I hear tons of shooting down by the water at LBL. Just figured it is the duck hunters.

every occur to you tarket practice....you know theirs no law about shooting guns during deer season do you??? or that slip your mind during your tyraid of some is cheating?

Maybe someone was shooting dogs that were chasing cattle.
Not everyone that owns a firearm and shoots in November is a deer hunter or deer poacher.
You can't always assume what it is, just because of what your mind perceives it to be. Unless you're standing beside someone doing it , you have no idea what was going on. Just sayin

Awful lot of those "target practicers" in Scott County this last weekend. Especially right after first light. Nothing like a little light target practice right after sunup with temperatures in the low 20's.

I know alot of folks that are otherwise legal hunters but they refuse to hunt with a muzzleloader so they just take their rifles. The excuse used to be that ML was so short that it wasnt worth spending the money on a ML. Now that the season is like 2 weeks in November, I dont know what the excuse is now? Probably bad economy, not enough money to buy a ML, etc LOL

You never know.I know 3 guys that went to track a deer one year and jumped a deer .All 3 of them shot at it.Glad no one called the GW on them lol They all missed the deer too.

never know...i have seen craizer things happen...it might be someone messing with yalls heads i could stand out my back door in my underwear right after sunup and fire my gun up in the air several times....and someone hunting would probally think...well theirs another poacher....you see unless you seem them take a deer rifle and blow down a deer with your own two eyes who's we to judge???
