Went hunting this evening,on the lease I just got on..But as it stands right now,I have 1 buck tag and 1 doe tag left to use,and I only have till the end of ML season to use the doe tag..And im gonna be real picky when I use my last buck tag,so needless to say,I really didn't want to shoot anything this evening..But about 5pm,i heard alot of running back and forth and crashing through the woods,this went on for about 15 mins,then it faded off in the distance..I figured it was a buck chaseing a doe..I know it was deer..Then about 5:15pm a doe steps out in the clearing im hunting,pull my ML up,put the cross hairs on her,and I then say,lets see whats shes gonna do..LOL Well I did that until I couldn't shoot at her no more,then another doe steps out,I did the same thing with her,everytime she would offer me a clear shot,I would say,well lets see what shes gonna do..LOL They both passed 15 yds from me,and went behind me and crossed the creek.. I watched those 2 does for a good 45 mins..Man how time flys when you have deer infront of you..It was a great hunt and better than being at work..maybe Im becoming a softy,or maybe I don't wanna burn my doe tag so quick..I don't know,but its gotta get filled..I need more meat.I'll work on that this weekend I guess..
