I'm with you. Liked the old split season better.I am not happy about the warmer temps but I will hunt regardless. We have to play the cards we are dealt. I think this warm weather two years in a row for MZ is an omen from the deer gods to move 2nd MZ back to Dec.

Im not taking a day this week to hunt. I have other aspects of life I need to tend to and the temps are too hot and southernly winds do me no good. I'll take it next week when I have the right wind.

This is an awesome time to be in the woods but it is going to be a warm week. How is this warm weather going to affect your hunt this week?
Probably. I might not hunt as much, maybe not at all this week. If I hunt, it'll be just 2 or 3 hours in the morning. I even took the time off to hunt Thursday and Friday, but I might do something else. I have a fishing trip to prepare for, that would be a good time for it.
