Seen 10 does 1 little buck. The buck was chasing 2 of the does. Heard 14 shots.

I saw 5 does. I was hunting where i could see both doc, and they were on the field, but i would have had to shoot through one of those crab apple trees.

i hunted 1 stand till 9 am. didnt see any deer so i moved to another stand. was there 5 minutes and seen 2 does. 30 minutes later seen 3 more does but no buck following them. seen 2 on the way home and 1 at my house

Thats great. I was fortunate enought to be with my 10 year old nephew this past Sunday as he took his first deer (doe)...last presentation coming up and then to the house to get ready for tomorrow.

Sat on stand from 5:45am until 6:15pm. (Insane I know!) Saw around 15 deer, some were probably the same ones at different times. Dogs chasing one group (really made me happy) and another group of does acting like they were being chased late this afternoon but never saw a buck all day. Had two does with yearlings still in tow. Checked my camera and nothing but does, yearlings, and small bucks. Trying a different spot in the morning.

I am contemplating which stand to hunt out of myself. I will do the usual and play the wind.

Good effort on the all day sit and early stand arrival time. 15 deer sightings in one day, even if some were the same deer (shhh!), is a productive day and worth a all day sit in my book. Some who hunt exclusive properties my consider that one big yawn of a day, but I've definitely spent equally long days in the field and have seen less. Good job!
