Here is something I found the other day on the internet that might help folk. It shows most of the Tn counties divided up into property plats. The only thing that would make it better is if it broke it down into topo gradients. However, it does allow you to enter a landowners name and pull up aerial photos of the property your hunting.

Here is Rutherford county....all you have to do is go to the county's register of deeds and look for the GIS maps....
