I have just started seeing the scrapes and rubs turn up within the last week or two. I think in another two weeks it will be in FULL swing. Of course thats in the area where Im hunting. Its a little bit different everywhere!

Saw first scrapes last week and have seen several new ones this week. Did not see any chasing till this evening and saw a young 8 dogging a doe pretty hard. Looking good for this weekend here in Rutherford County.

I also saw a 2.5 year old 8 checking a couple does this afternoon. But, little brother saw 3 bucks still in a bachelor group this morning. Probably be another week or so before the old boys move much during the day.
