I would shoot it to make sure, but that isn't far fetched. In fact, it works with my 270 and 300wsm, but every gun and load could be different.I always shoot several 3 shot groups at 100 yards, and make my adjustments (if necessary).I put my rifles 1.5 high at 100 yards.

I zero every one of mine so that at its highest point it is never over three inches high,,that varies a bunch on the different rigs I shoot,

Check out remingtons ballistic calculator. I played with it a few nights ago. Almost every poPular caliber can be sighted in at 25 and hunted with no problem. I was actually really surprised at how similar the ballistics are for most popular calibers.

don't know but i never take the word of anyone when it comes to stuff like that. i always shoot mine at several different distances to see for myself. i know some people may not have a good place to shoot though.
It may be on at 25 and off by six inches at 100. I have shot almost nothing but .308 for nearly 40 years. Every factory lkoad will have different charachteristics. I shoot mine at 50 them ove to 100. I like mine dead on and 2" high at 100.

Joe Deer.
If your rig hasn't already been zeroed you will have to turn the dials a bunch to move it @ 25. Best way I've found is fire a shot, hold for the center aiming point and adjust to the first shots bullet hole, helps to have some one to do the adjusting while the other holds the rifle. Good Luck
