I'd sweat like a hog wearin' all that.
I normally wear the following; Thermal shirt under my camo shirt, Both long sleeved. And ofcourse, My Jacket.
Thermal underwear, Jeans and my bib's. Thermal socks and rubber boots.
Thats the max for cold cold weather.

If you always freeze get rid of the cotton and the denim pants. They won't keep you warm. Get you some wool pants and a good wool or fleece pullover. Wool is your friend. Cotton Chills.

Make "sure your under layers have no cotton content at all. Hike in wearing as little as possible. Put your heavy stuff on after you are at your tree stand.

most heat loss is from the neck and head. Good hat and neck gaiter go along way on staying warm.
Get rid of the cotton. Holds water/sweat which will result in a greater heat loss. stay dry going in. If you are starting to sweat, take a layer off. Better to be chilled early and stay dry than to be chilled all day.
